Please upload your current CV/resume and any relevant certificates or references you would like us to consider as pdf files. Providing a short cover letter/motivational statement is not mandatory, but a plus. We would also like to know how you heard about us and the open position, which you can enter in the respective field in the online application form. If you are applying for an engineering position, please include the link to your GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket account or send some code and/or project examples.

Your application will be processed and stored in compliance with data protection regulations. Your data will be stored for a period of 180 days after the application process has been concluded. This is usually done to fulfill legal requirements and/or defend ourselves against any claims arising from legal provisions. After this period, we are obligated to delete or anonymize your data. In case of anonymization, the data will only be available to us in the form of so-called metadata, without any direct personal reference, for statistical analysis (for example, the share of male and/or female applicants, number of applications per specified period of time,  etc.). If you agree to be included in our talent pool, we will store your data for up to one year. You can find more information on our privacy policy here.

After submitting your application, our team will review your application within two to three weeks. If your application meets the relevant criteria, we will invite you to a short telephone interview with our People & Culture Manager to give you first-hand insights into the role and company. After the initial interview follows an online or on-site interview, in which you will get to know your future team lead. This is followed by a final round with your potential team colleagues, where you can dive into our culture and find out what it’s really like to work here. Afterward, we will take 4-5 working days to decide whether we make you an offer.

While speed in filling an open position is important for us, we surely take our time to find a good fit. The starting dates stated in the job descriptions serve as an orientation, but we are flexible and open to negotiation.

We aim to be an internationally oriented company. Therefore, our company language is English, which is why we communicate and present ourselves in this language.

We want to build a strong local team in Innsbruck and therefore prefer working together face-to-face. Working from home is always possible temporarily. Also, the amount of remote work depends on the position.

Before you start working at Swarm Analytics, we will manage the required paperwork including your employment contract, insurance, etc. Also, you will get to know the team and learn more about Swarm Analytics and your future position.

During your first days at Swarm Analytics, we will introduce you to our company, goals, products, to the position you will fill and the contribution you will make. However, onboarding processes, especially well-structured ones, are often associated with large companies with HR departments. At Swarm Analytics, structures and processes are only developing and evolving, and people wear many hats! Of course, the team is always there to help each other.
