Head of Sales (m/f/d)

Role Description:

Your passion is selling technology-based products and developing B2B partnerships? We are looking for a Head of Sales for our growing and goal-driven sales team to provide faster, smarter, affordable, and trustworthy AI technology for the smart city. Among other things, you will be responsible for proper sales forecasts and pipeline to enable decision-making on a strategic level. You will work closely with our product management, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for proper short-term and mid-term sales forecasts and pipeline
  • Develop the sales strategy and tactics together with the fellow executive team
  • Execute the sales strategy and allocate resources to achieve top results
  • Extend the current team to build a world-class international salesforce

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales and sales leadership experience
  • Experience in the smart city, mobility, or a similar sector is a plus
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales and complex partner ecosystems
  • Willingness to travel to client and partner sites
  • Fluency in English and German

Conditions:

  • Starting date as of September 2021
  • Permanent contract

  • A minimum gross salary starting from 90.000€ / year (50% base salary + 50% commission) plus mobility package
