Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

Role Description:

At Swarm Analytics, our partner ecosystem and their trust in us are critical to our success. As Customer Success Manager, you lead and drive our partners’ use of our products so that we can grow revenue smarter and faster together. You will ensure that partner product roll-outs meet partner and customer expectations, reduce “time to go live”, drive our partners’ sales, and in turn meet our own growth targets. The role involves working closely with our sales, product management, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make sure our partners succeed with our product and grow their revenue fast
  • Work with our partner’s technical teams to perform remote and on-site product implementations
  • Provide world-class technical support for our partners
  • Manage easy-to-use product documentation, support materials, and technical sales materials
  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to drive the Product Roadmap based on partner needs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Comfortability solving technical issues coupled with strong customer interaction abilities
  • Ability to learn and explain advanced technologies
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Fluency in English and German

Preferred Requirements:

  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and software products
  • Experience in working with partner ecosystems
  • Willingness to travel (mostly Europe)

  • Permanent full-time contract (38,5 hours/week)
